Bhaskar’s Arts Academy’s journey in bridging cultures continues in our next performance, “Manohra”, a delightful and romantic Thai folk story. Guest dancers and musicians from Thailand join our artistes to tell the story in both the Thai and Bharathanatyam dance styles, accompanied by Thai and Indian traditional instruments, in a perfectly blended musical tapestry.
The Thai team is led by Enthnomusicologist Dr Anant Narkkong, and the music is composed by renowned Flautist Ghanavenothan Retnam. .
