“The MANdolin & Beyond…” a tribute to Padmashri U Shrinivas on 13th March at 7:30 pm at Esplanade Concert Hall. It is a fusion concert featuring eclectic ensemble of Indian Coke Studio artists.
Featuring India's renowned classical vocalist Padma Shri Awardee Aruna Sairam, with U. Rajesh, mandolin player and brother of U. Srinivas, “flying fingers” Stephen Devassy on keyboards who has performed with Oscar Winner A. R. Rahman, famous drummer and music arranger Ranjit Barot along with Vijay Ghate on tabla and the upcoming 16 year old bassist Mohini Dey. Together they will bring soulful music to the audience which will leave everyone spellbound.
