Role : Technical Lead – Regional B2C Platform
Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years of IT experience in similar capacity
Soft Skill Requirement:

· Team Management skills
Technical Skill Requirement:
· Good knowledge of Application & Infrastructure Architecture (Network, Server, Storage, Integration)
· Strong Java skills including JVM level debugging, tuning & optimizing
· Proficient with SPRING, STRUTS frameworks
· Web 2.0 skills (HTML, Javascript & AJAX )
· Strong SQL knowledge and DB expertise in Oracle & PostgreSQL
· Familiar with stored procedure in Oracle
· Web Services
· Build Tools Maven, Ant
· Working knowledge on Subversion (Version control tool)
· Comfortable to work on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms
· Good knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, JBoss & Weblogic
Nice to have skills
o Perl, Python
o Knowledge of Interwoven Teamsite
o Prior experience in B2C, Customer Touch point domains
