Kuala Lumpur: Onam Celebrations in Malaysia has already started since August 31st in Penang. In Kerala, the festivities are carried out over 10 days.. But here in Malaysia we are fortunate & perhaps unique, because the various Samajams Nationwide take turns to hold their programs, and we actually get to celebrate Onam over one month.. And this year it seems to be exceeding one month.
These are the various Celebrations being held Nationwide by the various Samajams. Hope members will find this helpful & support the various Samajams in their effort to have a Grand Celebration this Onam in a truly one Malayalee spirit. Cost: RM50 (centre of stage seats at the cultural show in the theater)
RM30 non-SFTMA Members, RM25 SFTMA Members.
