After grabbing the attention of Tamil Audience through ‘Thilalangadi’, the pretty actress Sanchita Shetty has imprinted strongly in Tamil Industry by her highly praised fictional character in Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Soodhu Kavvum’. And now, Sanchita Shetty is eagerly waiting for her upcoming Heist – Horror film ‘RUM’, in which she plays the female lead. Produced by Vijayaraghavendra of ‘ALL IN PICTURES’ and directed by debutante Sai Bharath, the film RUM has ‘VIP’ fame Hrishikesh, Sanchita Shetty, Miya George, Narain and Vivek in the lead roles.
“Whatever the character may be, it should create a powerful impact among the Audience. That’s my only wish. My character ‘RIYA’ in RUM will be of that kind. It was a pleasure for me to work with Vivek sir. Though he is the senior most artist in our set, the nature lover and philosopher has shared more knowledge with all of us. RUM is the first film for Hrishikesh, but his Hardwork and dedication towards his character was truly amazing…..” says Sanchita Shetty in a positive tone.
While talking about her association with budding film makers, the enchanting actress said, “I have so far acted in nine films and RUM is my ninth movie. I feel very much proud and happy to associate with Assistant Directors, Short film makers and debutante directors for all my nine flicks….”
