Whistlers’ Isle is an upcoming music production house based out of Kochi. Anoop Bhat, who works for B.P.C.L and Rahul Soman, a software engineer are its founders. The team specializes in releasing online music videos that are appealing to the current generation. The composer of the songs is Anoop, while Rahul pens lyrics to his tunes. The duo had previously tasted success once with their famous ‘Swami Ayyappa’ track done for another famous production house from Kochi.
The experience from the music field was the motive for them both to come up with their own label. This has enabled them to create music that they believe the audience would accept and also present it beautifully visually. The production cost of their latest single ‘Sands of friendship’ is borne by the duo without any external support or advertisement.
The theme of the song is a nostalgic journey of a photographer back to his native which has been charismatically visualized by Vishnu Sarma (D.O.P) & Kalidas Venugopal(Concept and Direction). Vishnu Nandan a budding actor from the film fraternity has portrayed the lead role. Sachin Warrier, the singer of the hit song ‘Muthuchippi’ has lent his wonderful voice for the track here. Sumesh Parameshwar has played the guitars and bass for this composition of Anoop’s. Keerthy Narayan, a veteran in the Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada sound engineering section has done the mixing & mastering of the song.

‘Sands of friendship’ has been well received among the audience from the day it was released. It has reached a stunning 30,000 views within a short span of three days and is expected to grow over the next few days. Whistlers’ Isle plans to release few more music videos this year as part of their journey into the hearts of all the music lovers around the globe.
