Obama gains momentum against Romney
The counting is still on; President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney are locked in an intense battle for White house.
Obama's victories in the two states put pressure on Romney to score victories in Ohio, Florida and Virginia, three battleground states where the race was too close to call.

Both candidates need 270 votes to gain the presidency
President Barack Obama has won swing states Michigan and Pennsylvania, as well as many others he won in 2008.
Republican Mitt Romney has carried several solid Republican states, also taking Indiana from Mr Obama.
Tens of millions of voters cast ballots on Tuesday. The winner could be declared within hours, especially as other swing states report results.
